BADGES - The PASBO conference is open only to registered members, exhibitors and guests. Each registrant was issued a badge that must be worn to enter meetings, exhibits, meals and social activities. Single-day registrant badges are good only for the day indicated.
This year's badge designations are as follows:

SOLES 4 SOULS - PASBO has decided to participate in a Soles4Souls collection for the people of Haiti who are still suffering from the devastating earthquake. There will be a drop off location for gently used shoes across from Exhibitor Registration in the Great American Lobby. Additional collection boxes will be placed throughout the Convention Center for your convenience. Please consider donating shoes to the cause!
ELECTION INFORMATION - Voting for Directors and Vice President will be held Wednesday and Thursday. Those holding voting membership (Active, Life and Emeritus) may vote on Wednesday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in the voting area located in Great American Hall, across from booth #243. Meet the candidates sessions will be held in the same location Wednesday immediately following the First General Session.

ACT 48 CREDITS - Act 48 credits are not available at this year's conference.
MEALS - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunch is included with full conference registration. Single day registrations also include lunch. All other meals are optional. Pre-ordered tickets were included with your conference badge. A free continental breakfast will be offered on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings for conference registrants.
The Dine Around will be offered again this year. You can purchase a $20 dinner voucher that can be used on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at participating restaurants in the area. If your meal cost exceeds the $20 voucher you pay the balance. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given for purchases below $20.
NO SMOKING - The Hershey Lodge and Convention Center is a smoke-free facility. Thank you for your cooperation.
PASBO CONFERENCE GIFT CARDS PASBO members who preregistered received a gift ticket in the mail with your badge that can be exchanged for a Sports Duffle Bag. Those who register onsite will receive one at registration. Pick up your gift at the PASBO Membership Booth, located near General Registration.
TUESDAY EVENING ACTIVITY PASBO's March Madness is scheduled in the Nigerian/Trinidad Rooms beginning at 9:00 p.m. PASBO would like to thank the sponsors of this event. Look for the exhibitors wearing the basketball pins. Make sure to thank them for their support. They are your hosts for the evening. Try your hand at a basketball shoot out using Nintendo's Wii game. The top two scorers will receive a Wii console.
CELEBRATION The traditional President's Reception and Banquet has been replaced with our new Celebration. Come mingle with your colleagues, have a drink and enjoy great food. The Wissahickon Middle School's Black Dog Band will entertain you in the beginning of the evening. Then Hats and Shades, A Blues Brothers Tribute Band, will take the stage to get you on the dance floor.
FRIDAY Business Casual Dress - Once again this year, we will have a continental breakfast in the Confection Lobby before seminars begin. Following the seminars, there will be lunch for the Second General Session. We expect to adjourn the conference by 1:00 p.m. to get everyone on the road early.
HOSPITALITY ROOMS A number of exhibiting companies will host hospitality rooms. Please see the additional hospitality map for details and locations. There will be no hospitality rooms during the Celebration on Thursday. According to PASBO Board Policy, hospitalities may not be open after 12:00 a.m. Please cooperate!

EVALUATIONS Evaluations will be emailed to each registrant following the conference. Through your suggestions and comments we are able to make improvements to the annual conference.
HOTEL CHECK-OUT All hotels within the PASBO room block accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. The rates advertised do not include taxes. Check with your hotel for express departure options.
MESSAGES If your office needs to reach you while you are at the conference, they may call (717) 533-3311 during general registration hours to have a message posted for you. Messages will be posted on message boards near PASBO General Registration Desk in the Chocolate Lobby. Please check the boards frequently throughout the conference.
